Each issue of the All Kentucky & Tennessee Shop Hop™ Magazine features several patterns by talented designers. Bonus patterns are also available in the free downloads area of our website. Fill out the form and bookmark the page for easy access.

We do our best to get the bonus patterns posted shortly after the magazine goes on sale each year. Sometimes it takes a little extra time if corrections are needed during the proofing process. All patterns should be posted by the start of the Shop Hop.

Kathryn LeBlanc – Dragonfly’s Quilting Design Studio
Kathryn LeBlanc (also known as best-selling author, Kathryn Mykel) is a creative force in the quilting world. A talented pattern designer and storyteller, she blends her passion for textiles with her love of mystery and heartwarming tales. Mona Phelps – Bluegrass Stitches & Crafts
Mona began quilting in 2016 when she was looking for something to make to sell at an upcoming craft fair and became aware of the gorgeous modern quilt fabrics that were available. Since then, she has started a longarm quilting business and opened a brick-and-mortar store, Bluegrass Stitches & Crafts in Versailles, Kentucky. Mona loves to help both new and seasoned quilters with their projects, making sure they know that finished is better than perfect and that you’ll always find a judgment-free zone at her store. Everyone is welcome to come and pet the fabric whenever they want!

Crystal, Brooklynn & Daytonna Drummond – DayBrook Designs

Robin Jacobs – A Quilted Home
Robin began sewing at 12 at her mother’s knee. Mixing individual fabrics into nifty creations, a process that never fails to amaze, spawned a cherished family tradition through her kids and grandkids. Working at a quilt shop between custom jobs allowed Robin to connect with diverse customers and explore their unique designs. “As a Christian, I believe God has given me this talent to use for others.” Whether crafting custom designs or utilizing traditional patterns, tailoring her work to her clients’ needs fills her cup daily.

Anne Marcellis – Sam Quilt Designs
Anne began quilting in 2001 and has since become a prominent figure in her quilting community. As a speaker, award-winning quilter, and pattern designer, she shares her experience and expertise through teaching all things quilty. Anne channels her passion into creating vibrant quilt patterns that are visually stunning yet still accessible to quilters of all levels. Her recent project showcases the clever use of panel and untraditional block use, transforming these fabrics into a stunning keepsake.

Marlene Oddie – Kissed Quilts
Marlene Oddie is an engineer by education, project manager by profession, and a quilter by passion. Based out of Grand Coulee, WA at her quilt shop, KISSed Quilts, she quilts for hireon a Gammill Optimum Plus, but especially enjoys designing quilts and assisting in the creation of a meaningful treasure for the recipient. David and Marguerite Schrader
After retiring from careers in R&D in the chemical industry, the Schraders took up quilting as a creative outlet. Marguerite developed expertise in EQ8 for quilt design, CREATIVATE for embroidery digitizing, and teaches classes for both. David found a love in using color theory to enhance his quilt designs. He teaches classes in color theory and artistic techniques. During the spring, summer, and fall, the Schraders are finding their next quilting inspiration in Michigan’s great outdoors.

Angie and her mother share a passion for sewing and creating a welcoming space for fellow sewists in the community. Their business, started 21 years ago, is a testament to their dedication, expertise, and love for the craft. Angie has carved out a niche as a skilled long arm quilter, transforming her customers’ carefully pieced quilt tops into beautiful finished heirlooms, and now designs quilting patterns.
